Each Fortnums x TCDT Employment Programme workshop will consist of having two different departments speaking to students about their role and growth in the business, what they love doing and some of the challenges. They will also offer career advice should the students wish to grow their career in the said departments. There will be Q&A sessions with each speaker so students can ask specific questions.

There are four workshops being offered to students between the ages of 16 -23, including:

• History, Retail & Merchandising (Tuesday 1^st August 2023)
• Buying & Finance (Tuesday 8^th August 2023)
• Human Resources & Visual Merchandising (Tuesday 22^nd August 2023)
