Dates: This online workshop ran from Monday 10th August 2020 until Friday 14th August 2020.
Grisaille is a monochrome wall painting technique. On this course you will learn how to create realistic paintings of skies using black and white acrylic paint. Using skies as our subject matter will give us an opportunity to explore lots of painting techniques, which you can then apply to other subject matter.
This workshop series will be led by the very talented Creative Dimension Trust tutor Sarah Hocombe.
Students must report for group teaching at 10am for a 30 minute tutorial. Following the first session, students will go offline to create their own work. The afternoon session will include private one-to-one sessions, a show and tell, and a briefing for the following day.
