Dates: This workshop ran from Monday 2nd August 2021 until Friday 6th August 2021.
We are going to paint a dramatic sky, which will be the backdrop for a window display at a famous store in Piccadilly, London. You will make your own small sky painting to keep, as well as adding details to the larger paintings that will form the backdrop in the window. You will learn how to create sky effects in acrylic, and we will discuss the practicalities of making work for temporary installation in a retail setting.
The first 4 days of this workshop (2nd to 5th August 2021) will be held online, the final day (6th August 2021) will be hosted at Zone Creations Ltd, London (SW19).
This workshop will run daily from 10am and finish at approximately 4:30pm.

Some of the career choices our alumni have pursued include; Architecture, Engineering, Fine Art, Jewellery Making, Art Conservation, Glass Working, Theatre Design, Fashion Design, Costume Design – the list is growing!
In order to be eligible to apply you will need to be 16 – 19 years old during the dates of the workshop.
You should be creative and have good hand-eye co-ordination. In your application you should demonstrate a passion for working with your hands.
You must be able to attend every day of the workshop.
