This three-day course will teach you the fundamentals of working with sugar florist paste as you create delicate woodland lily of the valley, yellow roses, and an array of green foliage to adorn your garland.

Guiding you step by step through the process of preparing and colouring your sugar paste, you will learn a variety of different techniques, including, designing, rolling, modelling, smoothing, softening, veining, as well as learning the art of patience and precision.
