Hannah Ismail

I am currently in my final year of BA architecture at the University of Westminster.

I have most recently been awarded the Wates Architectural Scholarship for my first year of my architectural course. Following on from this, achieving a short-listed RIBA West-London Architects nomination for my first year architecture project.

My first workshop was a woodcarving workshop at the Building Crafts Collage. At the time I was interested in 3D design and handcrafting. I enjoyed the one to one learning experience with industry professionals. This allowed me to learn and employ ideas that I did not have access to prior.

Following on with The Trust, I was fortunate to do an architectural work experience with Grimshaw Architects and the live project “From Dream to Product” with Zone Creations. This lead me to a paid job as a laser machine assistant with the Zone Creations team for the summer period.

The Creative Dimension Trust helped boost my creative knowledge and artistic aspirations. And most of all gain valuable knowledge and experience that became vital for my later years.
