Venue: The National Glass Centre
Dates: This workshop ran for five days from Monday 30 July – Friday 3rd August 2018, 10am – 4pm.
Working with the artist, Zoe Garner, students learnt the basics of Flame-Working before experimenting with a range of techniques using specialist tools, lamps and Borosilicate glass rods. The group then worked together to design and create larger geometric glass sculptures. The resulting work was exhibited at National Glass Centre in summer 2018.
