Previous Insight Days

Thursday 9^th April 2026. Six students joined Cox London for an Insight Day at their Tottenham Hale atelier, a rare opportunity to step behind the scenes of the design‑led studio and witness the craftsmanship that defines every Cox London piece. Cox London is art-forward studio crafting bespoke furniture, lighting, objects and site-specific works inspired by the nature within.

This insight day ran on Thursday 9^th April 2026. Two students joined world-renowned jeweller and TCDT Trustee Theo Fennell for a rare behind-the-scenes look into one of Britain’s most celebrated jewellery houses.

Tuesday 31^st March 2026. Students joined world-renowned designer and craftsman, Bill Amberg, for an afternoon. Bill shared his extensive knowledge on the history and sustainability of leather used in the creation of bespoke leather products, interiors and furniture.

Monday 30^th March 2026. 10 students joined Soane, the luxury British design and manufacturing company, for an exclusive Insight Day. With an uncompromising commitment both to British manufacturing and to our customers worldwide, Soane’s mission is to design and make enduring and life-enhancing furniture, lighting, fabrics, and wallpapers. By working with a network of the finest craftspeople in Britain, Soane preserves traditional skills and nurture them for future generations.
