Work Experience Information
Students are invited to an exclusive Insight Day with world-renowned jeweller and TCDT Trustee Theo Fennell, offering a rare behind-the-scenes look into one of Britain’s most celebrated jewellery houses.
What the day will include:
- An inspiring talk by Theo Fennell on his career and craft
- A guided tour of the workshops and studios, revealing how the business operates from concept to creation
- A talk from an apprentice, sharing their journey and pathway into the industry
- A hands-on making session, where students will create a small piece to take home
For over 40 years, Theo Fennell has been designing and hand-crafting original, exquisite jewellery and silverware in his London workshops in Fulham – combining imagination, craftsmanship and storytelling at the highest level.

Timings
This Insight Day will start at 10am and finish at approximately 2pm.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this opportunity, students must be aged between 16-20 years old. Please be sure that you have read our Eligibility Criteria and Applications section at the bottom of the Work Experience page before applying.

Our workshops and work experience opportunities are fully-funded by generous sponsors. There are only 6 places available, therefore, we recommend you submit your application as early as possible.
