2025: Architecture with Make Architects
This Work Experience ran 28 July 2025 – 1 August 2025
Four students had the opportunity students to participate in this week-long work experience placement with a dedicated mentor each. There were a wide variety of experiences offered, including designing, model making, computer skills and CV coaching.

2025: Structural and Civil Engineering
This Work Experience ran 21 July 2025 – 22 August 2025
Monday 21st July until Friday 25th July 2025 and Monday 18th August until Friday 22nd August 2025. During this week-long work experience placement, two students had the opportunity to shadow an engineer and a technician from Heyne Tillett Steel, complete a small engineering project and assist the Team Coordinators to undertake a typical research project. Five students aged 15-19 visited AHMM to find out more about becoming an architect.
2025: Leather Making
This Work Experience ran on 15 April 2025
Tuesday 15th April 2025. Students joined world-renowned designer and craftsman, Bill Amberg, for an afternoon. Bill shared his extensive knowledge on the history and sustainability of leather used in the creation of bespoke leather products, interiors and furniture.
