Thursday 5th June 2025. Five students aged 15-19 visited AHMM to find out more about becoming an architect.Venue: Bill Amberg Studio, London
Tuesday 15th April 2025. Students joined world-renowned designer and craftsman, Bill Amberg, for an afternoon. Bill shared his extensive knowledge on the history and sustainability of leather used in the creation of bespoke leather products, interiors and furniture. Wednesday 23rd October until Sunday 27th October 2024. During this one week work experience placement, one student had the opportunity to shadow an engineer and a technician from Heyne Tillett Steel, complete a small engineering project and assist the Team Coordinators to undertake a typical research project. Monday 29th July until Thursday 1st August 2024 and Tuesday 20th August until Wednesday 21st August 2024. Two students spent time with award-winning architectural practice, Emrys Architects, and had the opportunity to tackle a variety of tasks ranging from hand-drawing, CAD-drawing, BIM Modelling, 3D modelling or 3D printing.
